​​​I used to train to burn calories.

To fix what I thought was wrong with me.

No matter how hard I pushed, it was never enough.

I hated my body. So I punished it.

And the result?
Injuries. Deep Anxiety. Eating disorders. A constant “start over Monday” loop.

And honestly? Not even that much progress.

 

Until one day, I asked a better question:

What if my body wasn’t the problem?
What if I’d just never taken the time to understand it and be on my own team?

That question changed everything. I started training to heal instead of hurt.
To build instead of break.

I healed injuries even doctors had given up on.
I unlocked skills I never thought I'd touch: handstands, oversplits, pull-ups, backbends. 

I wake up excited to live.


Movement gave me back self-trust.

Self-trust gave me purpose.
